Please be aware the studio is becoming increasingly busy with the addition of fitness classes and a Dance Company utilizing the space. Despite these changes, the availability of massage appointments will remain unaffected; however, some noise may be present. I understand that many of you appreciate the tranquility of our environment, and I want to assure you that quiet periods will still be available between 10 AM and 3 PM.

From Monday to Thursday, classes will be held from 3 PM to 8 PM, and during these hours, noise levels may increase, so please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointments. Additionally, on Thursdays between 11:30 AM and 12:10 PM, there will be a toddler class that is particularly lively. To accommodate those who prefer a quieter experience, I will have noise-canceling headphones available during these busier times.
